We use two main apps to support with communication, keeping children's details up to date, organising appointments for Parents' Evenings, booking clubs and paying for trips, uniform and any other items.

Using Arbor 

We use Arbor, a secure cloud-based school management platform, as our primary way of sharing information and communicating with you.

By logging into the Arbor Parent Portal (via a web browser) or downloading the Arbor App (on your smartphone), you can manage all aspects of your child’s school life in one place.

  • Bookings: Book time slots for Parents' Evenings and sign your child up for school clubs.
  • Payments: Pay for school trips, school meals, and wrap-around care.
  • Check Details: View and instantly update your contact information, consents, and your child’s medical details.
  • Attendance: View your child’s daily attendance.
  • Messages: Receive free, instant push notifications and emails directly from the school.

Your username is the email address you have currently registered with the school office.

  1. Go to the login page: Visit https://fairholme-primary-school.uk.arbor.education/.
  2. Set your password: Click "First time logging in?" or "Forgot your password?".
  3. Verify your identity: Enter your email address, then check your inbox for a reset email. For security, it will ask you to enter your child’s Date of Birth during setup.
  4. Download the App: Once your password is set, download the Arbor App for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to log in on your phone.

Ensure you are using the exact email address you provided to the school.

Using Parent Hub

We send out regular update messages on Parent Hub, our communication app, which we ask parents and carers to download onto their device.  Childminders, grandparents and other family and friends can also get general updates through this app by following our school channel @Fairholme.  Download Parent Hub from the Google Play store here or for iPhone, iPad and Apple devices from the App Store here.
